The parent companies of USM are E-Cash and United Grocers Clearing House (UGCH). E-Cash is in the ATM business with 2500 ATM terminals in the United Sates and Canada. We are in the process of internationalizing the ATM business. We have orders from South Korea, India and Vietnam. Last year it grossed 1.6 million Dollars. UGCH is in the coupon business. It issues and collects all the discount coupons issued by major US companies. It has a client list of more than 600 US corporations that reads like the Who's Who in the food and beverage business. UGCH had a gross turn over of 23 million Dollars in the year ended June 2004.
