US Management Group, through it’s Indian subsidiary, Freestar Marketing plans to launch it’s own on-line lottery business in India within the next three to four months. Our suppliers are ready with the hardware and software required for the launch. The launch will be completed in three phases. In the first phase we will install 1500 terminals in the state of Maharashtra (Bombay), total state population of 65 million people. The first 3000 retailers have been selected to install the terminals. Within three months of the first phase the second phase will commence with the installation of 3500 terminals. The selection and approval of additional retailers is an on going process. The third phase will commence after the first year of operation with additional 5000 terminals. Once the state of Maharashtra is equipped with 10,000 terminals the focus will shift to the state of Punjab. This state has a population base of 50 million people. We plan to install 10,000 terminals in this state before moving on to the next state. There are so far eighteen states that have approved the on-line lottery. The remaining seven states will be in joining in very soon.
